He kept us in the know in a timely way through the whole process. He knew that we were planning on renting the townhouse because we live out of town and are not ready yet to move back to Albuquerque. As it needed some updating and repairs, he helped us find the right people and prices to get the jobs done. He also went out of his way to help us find reliable renters. I was really worried about renting the townhouse but he went out of his way to screen the prospective renters. We are so happy with our renter as we could not have found another one who is as conscientious as the renter he helped us find.
Living out of town we still call Michael when there is something that needs to be done at the townhouse. He told us from the beginning I am here to help and it does not stop when the house sell is finalized. Not only did we find a real estate agent we found a friend.
