At first we were going to list it with the property manager who had managed our townhouse for over six years. But then we met with Julie. Her suggested asking price was almost $40,000 more than what the property manager had suggested. She knew we wanted to spend as little as necessary to get the house ready for sale, and her savvy yet simple staging and practical advice paid off. If we ever need to buy or sell again, we will definitely use Julie Martin, and recommend her without reservation!
