CLEFF CUSTOM HOMES

The project began just before the holiday season and lasted for 2 months. Had we waited until after the holidays, the entire project would likely have only taken about 3-4 weeks. The cabinets were ordered for the kitchen remodel based on plans created by our designer. Two weeks prior to delivery, the kitchen was carefully dismantled to preserve the douglas fir plank ceilings and the old cabinetry was removed in a manner that the wood could be salvaged and reused in parts of the remodel and as cabinets in our detached storage shed. A wall was opened, and two new walls were constructed to create a butlers pantry and to bring the kitchen plumbing and electrical up to modern code. The cabinets were installed and fit to spec. Cleff constructed pantry shelves that matched the new cabinets and created a extremely functional space to augment a relatively small kitchen space. Cleff also worked with us to install the new appliances, and did an excellent job patching the existing wood ceiling. Overall, the pace of the project went very well and the finished product, particularly the pantry are outstanding. I have lived in New Mexico for 20 years and have never had such a good experience with a builder during a remodel project.
