CLASSIC SHUTTERS

They custom made those shutters so they matched my arches. The shutters are beautiful and function well. I had some problems with delivery times, but he was working with a company out in California so it wasn't really his fault. They are expensive, but I usually don't like window coverings and these are worth what I paid. They are beautiful. They even act as insulators in my home.

Design process; Mr. McConnell listened carefully to what I had in mind and then suggested some ideas. The unique shutters that he designed and the fireplace frame are just perfect for the location and the purpose that I had in mind. Installation; the young man that installed the shutters and the frame, was polite and friendly. More importantly, he was meticulous in his installation and cleaned up thoroughly, once the project was completed. There was a slight issue with one of the shutters and some other minor concerns that required him to return at a later date to complete the project. He did return within a few days and once again, completed the remaining elements of the project just perfectly. Communication with office staff; my conversations with the office staff were highly satisfactory. Staff members were warm and accommodating and everything that they said would happen, did happen and in a timely and efficient way. I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Classic Shutters.
