Joseph was very knowledgeable, had great ideas himself, and everything was done in time and on budget.

Work was performed in a polite, efficient and professional manner. I was delighted with the result. I initially thought that I would need to have the concrete on a large front porch replaced and the estimates for that process were quite high. Refinishing saved me a great deal of money, looks fantastic and should hold up for a very long time. I appreciate that only very high quality materials were used since durability is a major concern. The owner/operator of City Surfaces also informed me that my problems were probably due to water backing up on my porch and that I should reroute my roof and garder drainage . Fortunately I had already made changes which seem to have eliminated the problem, but now I know that if there are any further problems I should deal with them promptly.

The restoration project went great. Joseph and his team are very professional and do quality work. The front steps leading up to my house and parking pad are not a small project. The steps involve a steep, nearly 70' twisting climb and a large parking pad that can accommodate several vehicles. City services took what was an eye sore and turned in into a work of art that everyone who visits our house comments on. When it came time this year to make a repair to fix a crack and reseal the whole project all it took was an email to Joseph and his team showed up and did the work. It's rare these days to have this sort of customer service and responsiveness from a contractor. Joseph is an artist would happens to work with concrete. He is honest, friendly, concerned about your project and will personally make sure it goes well. Both times his team came out he was there the entire time to make sure it went according to spec. initial project cost about $6,000 in 2010 and $300 to repair a crack and reseal the entire project ( a process that should be done normally about every other year). I would definitely hire this company again as I have great confidence in the their ability to get it done the way I want it.
