She had very good ideas and we will use her again. The appointment went well. She was very prompt.

She comes out and does a design. She charges you for the design, and then you can do the work at your own pace, or you can pay her to do the work. This is the 2nd time that we used her. She had designed the back yard of our other house, and we bought a new house, so we went back to her. She is really easy to work with, she listens to what you want in our back yard, and then does the design for you. At the other house, she did a fair amount of work and it looks great, everybody loved it, at this house, we are doing the work ourselves.

They were excellent. I would definitely recommend them to others. Cheryl is very, very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

The installation ran over because they had misinterpreted the landscaping design, and had to come back to install the second half of our section of grass. After everything was done, the invoice was left on our back porch (we're tenants, and our landlord is paying for it) without anyone being told it was there. We were told to water 3 times a day, every day, for three weeks. After one week, the grass that had been installed on day two began turning yellow, along with one patch in the "day one" section, despite following watering guidelines. When the landscaper was contacted, she advised us that it was "obviously" not getting enough water, and hung up on us! We didn't even ask her to replace it, just to take a look and tell us what we could do to keep it from dying off entirely. We've tried, repeatedly, to contact her in an attempt to have the situation rectified (with or without having that area of grass replaced). She has avoided our phone calls, and has never even taken a look at the part that's turning yellow! Worst customer service ever, along with what looks like a shoddy installation for our very expensive sod!

She stuck with her estimate and she made sure that I was satisfied with the work. She was very easy to work with and very nice.

I presented her with my vision for my front yard, and asked for input. She developed a plan, presented a list of plants (after I had given her a list of likes and don't likes). She arranged for all the work to be done on time and on budget. she has a great crew of people, very friendly, very knowledgable, and a hard worker. My front yard looks like a million bucks!

Perfect. Cheryl shows up when she says she will. She provides excellent product and leaves a beautiful landscaped yard when she is done.
