We met with Chase realty and explained our situation.  Lisa Chase was cordial and helpful.  We went over our contract to discuss what we'd like Chase realty to do for us.  We signed the contract on a Saturday.  The next day our realtor told us there was an offer on our house.  I contacted chase realty immediately and asked that they stop all work in getting the house rented since we had a purchase offer.  The house sold within two weeks.  I contacted Chase realty to let them know the house had sold and to see if they were willing to negotiate the $500.00 contract.  They were not.  Chase Realty worked for us for less than two weeks.  It is obvious that this company is all about the money, since our realtor was very flexible with us regarding financial matters.  I would not recommend Chase Realty to anyone and, in fact, would recommend that they go elsewhere.
