CENTRAL PAINT & BODY SHOP

I went to central paint and body to have a very tiny curbed wheel repaired and my antenna cover painted (small chip) and reinstalled. I verified with David Jr that the car wouldn’t be taken to an auto car wash and he informed me it would be washed by hand in their car wash bay. I received a call from David Jr that the car would be late getting repaired, I told him that’s ok as long as it’s done right. I went to pick up the vehicle after it was already dark but noticed the car wheel was not properly machined and the curbed damage was just shaved down and shined making it way more noticeable than before the “fix” the next morning I noticed a chemical smell when I went for an errand and that the headliner was misaligned from the repair and called the shop and was told there should be no smell because all they did was repair the wheel and took my car through Mister car wash. “What?! My car was a day late, I paid for an extra day car rental and you told me it would be hand washed but you took it to Mister wash?” Sure enough swirls and scratches all over my rims, paint, chrome, lights... I had to do a claim for the work which doesn’t cover the headliner and was told by Farmers to contact the shop which I did and David senior told me “we are done” and hung up the phone. All I wanted was to take care or my vehicle and restore the damage done by this shop and instead they treated me horribly and made my vehicle look worse and I’m paying for their errors. Please be informed prior to using this shop.

He did an amazing job at a very affordable price. Everyone else said I needed a new door for $1800. He was able to repair it, you can't even tell I had an accident. It was a fantastic job at a fantastic price. I will go there for all future auto repairs.

Another automotive shop (I believe they were called Arrow) recommended Central Paint and Body to my mother after my car had been in an accident severe enough to render it totally undrivable. Had the vehicle towed to them. Dave was terrific about providing estimates for different repair options (completely fixing the damage or just getting the car back on the road) and he kept me up to date on progress. Job was done exactly to my specifications, and I was satisfied enough that I recommended Central Paint and Body to my girlfriend for work on her car, and I believe she has been satisfied both with the price, and the work done, on both occasions that she has used them.

They were quick, reliable, and excellent.

I could not have asked for better work or better service. The work was performed perfectly and I couldn't tell where the damage was located after the repair. Central Paint and Body also offers excellent service. David and Ursula, owners of this second-generation family business were extremely pleasant, kept me informed by phone of the repair status, and even offered to deliver my car to me when it was finished. The work was completed on-time and price was exactly as estimated (no surprises!). They even washed and vacuumed my car and topped off my gas tank. If you need body work done, I highly recommend these folks! I hope I don't need them again, but would happily be a repeat customer.
