Excellent outcome. Crew was able to match the screed finish of an existing slab so it looked like it was all poured at the same time. Twelve years later, there is no flaking, scaling or cracking of the floor.
All the work was completed in one day. I walked on it that same day.
Owner Khalil "Charlie" Samaha came highly recommended by a co-worker who had hired him. I, in turn, recommended him to another co-worker who also hired him. Everyone was extremely satisfied with his work.
I have since added a patio cover and privacy walls/storage area. This total patio package has saved energy costs and has added significant resale value to my house.
