Initial punch list of repairs after move-in completed.
Problems with 6-month follow-up of additional repairs and improvement punch list.
Repair list includes - interior door replacements, roof repair, granite counter/sink seal, several other minor issues.
Casa Verde was notified of post-move-in repairs by email Mar 30, 2015, Mar 17, 2015, Feb 18, 2015, Oct 20, 2014, Sep 28, 2014.
Contractor and/or subs seem to be unresponsive.
Update Apr 20, 2015. Still waiting for any of the punch list to be completed. Contractor doesn't return emails.
Update Apr 30, 2015. Contractor assigned repair specialist to complete punch list items, appointment for review was today. Specialist was a "No Show". He forgot to call and was out of town with no customer information.
