As the founder of Carpet Source, it is my mission to make your experience smooth, hassle-free, efficient and as pain-free as it gets. Almost 20 years ago when I eliminated our showroom and kept the warehouse space, I systematically dissected every aspect of our process with you in mind, the client. I had to – over many years – figure out what was best for you and how to consistently deliver superior service and excellence at every touch point. My first thought was "How can I make it easy for the client to select the right floor for her/his needs while eliminating the old clunky way of doing things; while still making it affordable and consistent?" very well. It was done in a timely fashion and Andrew and his crew were great.
Only two things the painter noticed after the laminate floor was installed: baseboards had been put back with glue from carpet still on so painter had to scrape that off and closet doors did not hang correctly which painter also fixed.

Samples were brought to my house within a few days of my first call and I chose the carpet and pad at that time. The price was much better than the estimate from another supplier. The carpet was installed per my schedule and they did a great job. I am very happy with this company and will use them again.

Tim came to our home and showed us several carpet samples. After shopping around further we asked Tim to come by a second time since we had decided on the brand of carpet but wanted to be sure of the color. He obliged. Paul 1 and Paul 2 arrived as scheduled to do the installation. Paul 1 asked me to verify the carpet that they brought was correct. I noticed that the carpet was correct but the pad was not. Paul 1 admitted his mistake and helped Paul 2 move furniture out of a bedroom so that Paul 2 could get started removing the old carpet while he went to pick up the correct pad. Both Pauls worked hard all day to get the carpet installed, often consulting with us about placement of the carpet seams and furniture. They vacuumed the new carpet, hauled off all the old carpet and pad, and cleaned up all but a few of the loose carpet fibers on the front porch. We were very pleased with the result and would definitely use them again.

I got three bids to replace the carpet upstairs in my home. Carpet Source was the lowest bid as well as providing the highest quality of carpet, so we choose them. One factor in the choice was the professionalism and knowledge of their sales person, Tim Hickman. We asked him about what carpet might work best for us and he gave us great recommendations, and pros/cons of each type. Tim was wonderful to work with and patiently answered all of our many questions; he is respectful and not pushy at all. His background and knowledge about the carpet industry and the products available was outstanding!
Carpet Source worked with me to schedule the installation before I had company arriving, which was nice of them! Their office staff, Ruth and Diane, are so nice, professional, and pay attention to all the scheduling details! When Alex's team came to install the carpet they were right on time and pleasant to work with, as well as having years of experience. They were very careful with moving the furniture, especially an antique dresser that is fragile. I appreciated that. They completed the job in one day and did not make a mess in the house with the old carpet removal, etc.
When we had a minor problem I let Carpet Source know and I have never seen such a quick response! The owner of the company himself, Don Lovato, came to see it, and his team called me within the hour to schedule a fix. Don is also so nice to work with! The fix was done the very next day to my satisfaction, by an expert installer named Andrew, who was very meticulous in his work. I was very impressed with the great responsiveness of Carpet Source. My carpet is great and looks beautiful!

I contacted Carpet Source for an estimate on removing carpet and installing laminate wood in the living room and dining area. I had seen their good review on Angie's List and saw that they also installed laminate flooring. Don brought me a sample of the flooring as I was wanting to match it with similar flooring in the bedrooms.
The installer, Andrew, and his team, Martin and BJ, did an excellent job. First, they leveled the floor properly as they were installing a "floating" floor and everything had to be level. There is a curved walkway of ceramic tile between the living room and dining area, and so each end board had to be trimmed to match the curve. As it turned out, they matched the boards right up to the ftle, which was already curved, and used grouting which matched the laminate wood in the transition between the tile and laminate wood.
I was very pleased with their work and their attitudes - very polite and helpful.

They were great. Everything was great especially the installers who came to our house. They were super fast and they cleaned everything up. They moved the furniture. They made sure they put it back in the same places. They even waited at my house after they finished to pick up the furniture pads (which they put underneath the legs of the furniture so that they could install without scratching the floor) before they left. Their prices were competitive. I had six different estimates and their prices were in the middle. I would absolutely use them again.

I had my first appointment with Tim from Carpet Source on October 21. Tim brought carpet samples to my house and he was knowledgeable and helpful. After checking a couple other carpet places in town, I had Tim bring over some larger samples of the color I wanted and that was when I made my purchase. The carpet was ordered and arrived in about a week and I had my install about a week later. The 3 guys that did the install were great; they were on time, professional, friendly and very helpful. I have already recommended Carpet Source to a friend.
