Car Crafters is Albuquerque's 'Best of the City' winner for Collision Repair (2013,2015) and Auto Repair (2014). Car Crafters is family-owned and operated and has been serving New Mexico for over 34 years. All of our technicians are properly ASE and I-CAR certified to guarantee a safe and quality repair for you and your vehicle. Car Crafters is distinguished because we are a "lean" repair facility, standing ahead and above the competition with our X-Ray estimating capabilities. We are the only Mercedes-Benz and Tesla certified collision shop in Albuquerque. We also hold a number of other manufacturer certifications, including Ford, GM, Infiniti, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Mopar. We had gotten rear ended. It all worked out okay. We were very pleased with the service. They did it quickly. I think our insurance paid it all and paid the deductible.

The day I got it back, driving home, speedometer was going haywire, lights going off on dash(Check engine, anti traction, stability, tire, etc.). My mechanic is still trying to figure out the problem, it's been three months now. Don't know if car crafters caused the problem, or if it's just the vehicle. Was running fine when I brought it in. It's a Chevy 2012 Silverado. I think something was done that caused the computer to malfunction. Very frustrating! Body work looks good, but vehicle doesn't run.

After my insurance company called them the car was moved. They told my insurance company they could not communicate with us. Simply not true. Robert called today, April 21, 2017. Carmers had the best price and performed the work within 3 days. I was looking for good work, good price, and fast service which Carmers provided. My insurance company arranged the rental car. So I was not looking for doughnuts, coffee and in house rental agents etc.

Complex car repairs from damage to front bumper that appeared cosmetic on first review, but discovered a number of problems behind bumper. CarCrafters was thorough, responsive, professional. Having my car insurance agent and a car rental at the same location made for an easier experience, and significant time savings!  Excellent interface with the auto insurance company. The paint on front bumper perfectly matched the rest of the car, and the paint was actually better, stronger and more chip resistant than the VW's factory paint.

We had to go with what our insurance company recommended. Their name was Car Crafters. It was who our insurance company recommended. He was excellent. They did it on time and they did a good job. It was everything that our insurance company recommended. He is excellent. I would recommend them. The professionalism was excellent.

They went out of their way to repair it. They did not waste any money that I paid them. The car was very finely detailed. They got all the glass out. It was like sand. Without asking me, they made sure they replaced the windshield wipers. They were very professional and very good. There was damage to the hood and they matched that and fixed that. I was really surprised they were able to get everything cleaned up.
