Mike scheduled the appointment with me about two weeks in advance.  We spoke about a week out to confirm that the time was still good. We spoke again the day before the service to make sure that everything was still set. He arrived on time and advised me of exactly the processes that he would be using to clean my carpets. We discussed the problem areas and he gave suggestions on what cleaning agents he had that would work best for those types of stains. Mike went to work on my heavily soiled carpet and when it was all said and done, it was immaculate. This carpet looked brand new! His work was top-notch!

Mike was easy to reach by telephone.  He stuck to the schedule of work that he promised he would, including working on the weekends.  He worked efficiently from room to room and did an excellent job cleaning up.  Mike made himself immediately available for any additional touch ups or repairs that were requested after the work was completed.  I would recommend him without reservation.
