Flooring
Jimmy Muzzi tried to "do me a favor" by under cutting a very low bid, and told me he "would get it done" for me. He hired a tile crew out of Los Lunas to travel to the very north end of Rio Rancho for this job. The main guy kept complaining to me about money. My deal was with Jimmy. His deal was with Jimmy. He shouldn't be coming to me for extra money. Or talking about money. Or complaining that he's not going to make much on this job. After a few days I called Jimmy. He called this guy and yelled at him. Things continued to escalate from there. A week and a half of BS. Jimmy Muzzi showed his true colors and in turn blamed it all on me. He's the one that under cut a very low bid and then hired this crew to do the work. He created a crappy situation where no one felt good at the end, just happy as **** I never have to see that guy again. It really ruined the feel in my home. Bottom line, don't use this guy!!!!
