Description of Work: They installed an electronic control for our swamp cooler and did a great job, explaining what they were doing as they went along. They also helped with some extra questions we had and were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and weren't afraid of the dogs!

Description of Work: Big Deal covered furnace checkup. Joe (the tech) showed up on time and seemed to do an excellent job of inspecting my three-year-old furnace. He cleaned the filter (which was not very dirty), inspected everything, and tested the blower operation. He also checked the operation of the thermostat. He seemed knowledgeable and answered all my questions. In addition, he was a very pleasant young man to do business with. I would not hesitate to call this company again.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY WE CALLED THEM. THE OWNER CAME OUT PERSONALLY AND WAS VERY CONSIDERATE. WHEN THEY GOT HERE THEY WORKED UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED.
