The contractor spent two days on the project. He arrived early on both days and displayed good organization in performing the work.
The patio was a problem because of a large tree with large roots which made it difficult to obtain good drainage. The original patio formed a large puddle when it rained. He consulted me on this and other items regularly during various phases of the work and kept me informed as the project progressed. Everything went like clockwork. Cleanup was thorough and the surrounding area was returned as close to its original state as possible. The results of the work appear to result in a great improvement to the patio which should now drain properly. The driveway was lifting up because of a large tree root which they dug up and removed. I am greatly pleased with project.

I contacted several concrete contractors before coming across Mr. Burris. Mr. Burris took care of all city permits and complied with all regulations. Not only was his price the most reasonable for the job, but his quality of work and professionalism was outstanding! I highly recommend him.

Mr. Burris promptly arrived at agreed upon time, worked efficiently to remove concrete cap, returned next day to lay new floor. Work area was tight and he was careful not to damage anything. Job completed on time and done with attention to detail. Both he and those working with him were courteous and professional.

Mr. Burris and his crew were very professional and courteous throughout the workday. He was prompt in his appointments, fair and accurate in his estimate, and gave us ideas on the project that worked out great. We called him recently for additional work, but unfortunately he couldn't fit us in to accommodate our deadline. (I was glad he did that rather than promise something that wouldn't be complete within our deadline or would sacrifice quality.) I will call him first when I have additional concrete work.

(Same as above) Mr. Burris did an excellent job building a staircase of four concrete steps from our patio to our first terrace. He came the day after I first called and gave an estimate ($500. plus tax) which was exactly how much we paid when the job was completed. He arrived to do the work when he said he would come (three days from my first phone call). He was thoughtful and sensitive to the fact that we wanted our garden of chilies next to the staircase to not be disturbed. The space he and his helper had to work in was very small, making the job more difficult, but he did not complain and not one plant was disturbed. He was careful to fit the staircase into the uneven rock wall, making the stairs look like they belonged as a part of the wall and patio. If we ever need additional concrete work done I will definitely call Mr. Burris.

Mr Burris kept me informed from the first call to the finishing of the job. He was on time, informative, and polite. His work was very professional and he and his helper cleaned up the area after the job was finished. I would recommend him to anyone.

He did a quality and professional job, and he showed up when he said he was going to show up. He's also very pleasant to work with.

Mr. Burris was responsive to our request for an estimate even though his schedule is rather busy. The job was a little unusual but he worked out a plan to perform the work. We did not have back yard access, so Mr. Burris arranged for an on-site mixer and a pumper truck with a hose extending more than 200 feet to provide a quick, efficient pour. The finishers on his team also did high quality work. The site was cleaned up the same day as the pour, and Mr. Burris stopped by the next day to make sure we were happy and to check the results one last time. We plan on calling this company again to replace our driveway and anything else we'll need in concrete work. Our neighbor also got his phone number for some work they have.
