Bugman Pest Control, Inc.

The owner's son provided our service. He was friendly and professional. He explained the behavior(s) of the insect and told us what to expect after the service. We were billed what we were quoted over the phone at the time we scheduled our appointment. Our only quibble was the rather last-minute notification we received when our technician called to say he would be about 45 minutes late. Everything worked itself out, though. Money well-spent.

Very well. Technician called to say he would be late and showed up when he said he would. Walked through house, asked questions and then went to work. Very smooth transaction.

An appointment was made for 3:00. The technician showed up a few minutes early and cheerfully introduced himself. His name was Rome and as it turned out he is the owner's son. We did a quick walk a round the house and I told him what was needed. He then prepared his spray explaining what he was using, why and how it would work and what results I could expect. He also explained which insects were causing problems this year and why. I was very impressed. This is one very intelligent young man who knows his business! He sprayed inside and out including the garage and yard. All together it took about an hour. I was pleased that there was little to no odor. I will definitely be using the "Bugman" in the future.
