It could not be better! The lamp, from Denmark, works perfectly as it was created to illuminate light. Charles made certain that all the detailed parts were in place and made the the new covered wires look sleek as well as fit into our exiting ceiling mount. Charles is totally experienced and practical in his approach.

I don't know if they did the work or not. I got all the way home with it and realized they had not put a bulb in it. Even if they were too cheap to include it, they should have told me I needed to buy one! Most people don't have extra halogen bulbs at home. When I called to ask if they had just forgotten to include a bulb, he said I didn't ask them to put in a bulb when I brought in the lamp to be fixed. It will cost me more in gas to go back there than the cost of the bulb. I will buy it somewhere else.

"I am sorry you felt this was an incomplete job, we do not put halogen bulbs in lamps that are brought in for repair but in the future we will make a note to let the customer know that a bulb may be purchased. Thanks for your input and we will use this to remedy the problem."
