 + 0 moreI've used Bodyworks by R&C to repair vehicle damage on three separate occasions. Damage has ranged from minor paint damage to major auto body work. The staff at Bodyworks are absolutely the best at what they do, but their most impressive attribute is their customer service. For example, regarding major repair on my 2010 Toyota Sequoia from collision, all work was performed on time to my satisfaction. However, shortly afterwards, the Sequoia developed wind whistle around the side view mirror on the passenger side of the vehicle. It was only present at speeds of 55 mph or greater. The folks at Bodyworks work with me to remedy the problem which was not an easy task since the diagnosis and fix entailed several attempts at locating the source of the whistle followed by implementing a potential fix, followed by driving the vehicle to determine if the correct fix had been applied. Bodyworks folks were always very courteous, accommodating, and prompt in addressing the issue. I can not conceive of better service and hospitality. I highly recommend Bodyworks by R&C for any auto body repair.

 + 0 moreOverall I would rate their work as excellent and highly professional. The only downer was they kept the truck for 13 workdays which was about twice the time of their original estimate of 6-8 work days. Fortunately, I commute to work on a motorcycle and normally just use the truck on weekends. I expected to be without it for one weekend but not two.
Description of Work: I purchased a used 2004 Tacoma in March 2012. Even though it had a clean Car Fax I discovered after I bought it that it had been involved in an accident and was not repaired correctly. R&C was actually recommended to me by a local Toyota dealer. I took the truck to them for an estimate and was told the grill, bumper, right parking light assembly, right fender and wheel flair needed to be replaced. The right front frame was also bent and the transportation hook torn off. This was obviously an expensive repair and I did not take the truck to other body shops to compare prices probably since they were so highly recommended by an employee at Toyota. I had all the parts replaced, the frame straightened and a wheel alignment done after the frame straightening.

Description of Work: R&C repaired our 2008 Toyota Rav 4 which received damage in a parking lot from an unknown source. The work was covered by our insurance so we did not experience any out of pocket cost. R&C were professional and worked effectively with our insurance company and the insurance supplied car rental company which facilitated the whole process for us. R&C fully explained the work and the estimated time to completion. The finished work was outstanding. I would use R&C again and I can recommend them as a solid Auto Repair shop based on my experience.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE ACTUALLY KIND OF SLOW AT GETTING THE WORK DONE. THEY TOOK ABOUT A MONTH TO FINISH THE REPAIRS. THE CAR LOOKS GREAT AND DRIVES LIKE NEW. THEY WORK ON ALL TYPES OF CARS, BUT PRIMARILY LEXUS.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CAR AFTER IT WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT.
