Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Absolutely positively do not hire. What a nightmare. Substandard work. Did not even get the system inspected despite pulling a permit. Refuses to honor warranty. I have been more than patient with him over the last 14 months living in a house without a properly functioning air conditioner, yet Bryan Jabbay refuses to fix his substandard work and has only "tweeked the system". Has incorrectly diagnosed the problem. I had to hire a contractor to correctly diagnose the issue and now have to seek legal recourse to obtain the $7,500 to correctly fix. Hire Bryan Jabbay at your own peril. I wish I could go back and hire someone else.
