 + -1 moreBrad was extremely punctual (even earlier than I expected!). He had more working knowledge of my cooler than the company that I had originally install it. He also walked me through how he shuts down my furnace and what needs to be done to safely restart it. After living in this house ten years, and having several professionals shut down and start up my systems, Brad was the first person to notice that a part of my furnace was broken that was effecting it's efficiency. Additionally, Brad spent time explaining the mechanics of the cooling system to my very interested teenage son. As a single working mother, having a person I can trust to do a job right, on time, and at a reasonable price is extremely important. I'm already planning the next job (water heater) that I'll ask BNG Enterprises to do it. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
