I recently had the pleasure of working with Blind Escapes for new window treatments in my home. I selected the PowerView coverings and I couldn’t be more satisfied.The beautiful smart motorized shades are perfect for my high ceiling rooms. On the first visit John Silva visited our house so we could get to know the product lines. He "got" our style right away, and was able to nudge us in the right direction and answer any questions we had. John knows his product well. He didn't try to push us towards any given product. He let us "play" with the samples and pick exactly what we wanted. John is a really nice guy. He's not a pushy salesman, and I appreciate that.
We were scheduled to have the blinds installed on January 7. John and his assistant Joe arrived and got to work installing the blinds. It was a lot of work, but they were very efficient and had good attention to detail. Some of our windows aren't perfectly straight, and they were able to install the blinds so that you don't even notice. They did a really, really nice job!
I also really like the product. We had similar but cheaper shades in our old house. These are several notches better and it shows!

This is the second set of blinds we have purchased with Blind Scapes. We got the original blinds 10 years ago after the construction of our home. We wanted to upgrade to a new color and quality of blinds for a remodel of our home. John Silva gave a great bid on the Hunter Douglas blinds we chose and Joe, the installer, did an excellent job of removing old blinds and replacing with the new ones. Joe cleaned up the work site and at our request took the old blinds with him. We would recommend this company to anyone needing good quality blinds for their home.

He was very nice and he was on time to his appointment. He did not pressure me. He had the best price of all the window treatment people that I looked into. They were good; it took about 2 weeks from order, time and get everything installed.
