Joy came and measured and helped me choice the right window coverings within my budget. The installation was very quick and everything looked beautiful when they were done.

I would recommend them. I haven't had contact with them in a while but I have had an excellent experience with them. I had several people quote the job and they were very competitive. They were very easy to work with.

The glide mechanism of our 12-year old Hunter-Douglas Vetitiglide shade on a sliding glass door became jammed and inoperable. As recommended by Karen of 505 Interiors, I removed the shade fabric and 505 Interiors sent it to the manufacturers' facility in California to have it inserted in a new and improved glide unit. Two weeks later Richard installed the new unit.
Everything went well. Reuse of existing fabric was only half the cost of buying a completely new unit.

Did not measure correctly twice. Had to reorder. Ordered shutters throughout the house. Made a beautiful Roman shade that was too heavy to pull up or down. Some of the strings were broken and we agreed that they could do bottom up only. The strings broke because of the weight of the shade. We could never lift the shade, once it was brought back. They did not offer to replace the shade, in fact said there was nothing they could do. Because they're in the business of window dressings, they should have known that this particular shade would not be feasible.

The product was just what we wanted, the price was exactly as he quoted and the service was great! We are very glad we selected Blind Express from among the many companies available in Albuquerque.

I ENJOYED WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY BROUGHT OUT SAMPLES OF BLINDS AND GAVE GOOD ADVICE ON WHAT TO USE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR CONDUCT AND WORK.
