It worked out really well. Tracy is the owner and she did a fantastic job. She was upfront and offered some great suggestions and I will highly recommend her.

Came to my home and looked at dining set which was unassembled and had been in my garage for over twenty years.  The chairs were in especially bad condition.  Was given dollar estimate and approximate time for repair.  After receiving another estimate which was twice as expensive, I hired Bleacher's.  She was very attentive to detail, kept all appointments and completed the work in a timely manner.  Very happy with the results.

They did a wonderful job at the lowest cost of all of the bids that we got. They did it in about two weeks, way sooner than we had hoped for. Tracy did a great job of explaining just what would be done, and wanted our input into the details of the stain and finish that they would use. They really care about their work.

It was perfect. The estimate was given in a timely manner and we were told told the estimate would stay firm even though we needed a few months to save the money for the job. We were given a very good description of how the work would be done so we knew exactly what we were paying for. When we were ready for the job to start Traci took two doors and did a different finish on each one so we could make a clearer choice of what we wanted. The job was done and finished just as we were told. It looks like a brand new kitchen. We could not be happier!

Tracy refinished an antique dining table that had lived in our garage for years. She did a beautiful job and it was a pleasure to work with her. She was prompt, professional, worked with us on decisions (including meeting us in her shop on Saturday to help us choose a stain color). In addition to being very pleased with her work and her service, we felt the price was reasonable.

I am delighted to share my experience with Bleachers. Tracey showed up on time and enthusiastic about helping me. She gave me a written evaluation of the condition of my furniture and her expert opinion on various ways to remedy it. Based on this, the seller agreed to replace the piece so I did not actually use Bleachers to refinish it but I was very impressed with the company and will use them in the future.

I had them come over to my house to give me an
estimate. After I decided to hire her we
arranged a time to have the furniture picked up. The project was completed two weeks ahead of
time. I was then contacted about the
best time for delivery and the items arrived as promised.

The job was outstanding -- she explained everything she was going to do before it was done. She made sure the color was what we wanted before proceeding, When the job was finished, she brought the table to Santa Fe (60 miles) without any extra charge. Once the chairs were refinished, she took them over to the upholstery shop to be finished. she made everything about this refinishing job as easy as it possibly could be.

I would recommend him the most as he was very good. I had to go to him. He was very professional. He told me as to how long it would take and how much it would cost. He had done a beautiful job when I went to pick it up.

They did a great job! Some of the door handles had to be put back on. The originial hardware was on it. They came out to my house, no charge, brought it back, no charge, and helped put it back in the house at no charge as well. Overall, a great experience. They also gave me advice on how to take care of it. They looked at another item I had bought at an auction and told me not to refinish it because it would ruin it. I appreciated their honesty as someone else may have refinished it for the money.

Bleacher's were there when they said they would be, the job was finished before the time that was quoted, they were clean and made sure there was no mess even changing shoes so that there was no dirt, paint or anything left on the carpets and floorings. Tracy made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work that was done even calling a week later to make sure that I was happy. I wish there were more companies like Bleacher's that made sure the customer got what they wanted and what they paid for in the time that was promised. I would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future.

After calling Bleacher's, Tracy showed up the next day, gave me an estimate of time and price. I agreed and she took the table and chair then. During the process of stripping and refinishing the table she called me a couple of times to come down and take a look to make sure it was exactly the color I wanted. Her work was meticulous and she re-did the pieces because she wasn't happy with the first effort. She delivered the table when she said she would at the price we agreed upon. I was very happy with the finished product.
