It's no secret that the housing market is lousy. When it's this hard to sell a house, I think it's most important to have a good realtor. We laid our cards on the table, Bill did the same, and together I think we squirmed our way to best price we were going to get. We were prepared to turn the house into a rental property, and we're very grateful we managed to get a sale price that allowed us to sell it cleanly.

They are very honest.  They are very professional.  I would certainly hire him if I wanted to buy a house.  I would use their services in the future too.

Bill Nelson is the real estate agent that you need to hire if you are buying a home in the East Mountains. The water situation is tricky but he lives in the area and is well aware of ALL of the risk factors. He asks the right questions and got us the answers we needed (even if we didn't realize that we needed those answers). All and all, our experience with Bill has been great. He is very professional and always on time. He regarded our time as valuable and he listened to what kind of home we wanted. After only a brief phone call discussing our homeownership desires, he made a list of 10-15 homes that we might be interested in (in our price range) and the second house on his list was the home we bought! No wasted time at ALL! Bill is the ultimate negotiator. We were able to take advantage of this buyer's market and paid very little closing costs. Bill had our best interests at heart and made sure that we were protected. He is a seasoned vet in real estate and it adds great peace of mind to know that we have such an experienced professional on our side. Patrick and I were first time homeowners and he walked us through every little step. He showed up to all the inspections and noticed things that we didn't even notice. He wasn't interested in just making a sale. He was interested in making sure that we were happy. I would recommend Bill to anyone. He made this process so easy and smooth! We still call Bill even after we closed for recommendations on plumbers in the area, firewood, etc. We know he is busy but he always takes the time to help us out even after we closed. We didn't just get a great real estate agent, we made a great friend. Bill has lived in Albuquerque for quite some time (20 years or more, I believe) and he knows the area extensively. He knows the East Mountains like the back of his hand and it’s a maze back here. Please take my recommendation. If you chose anyone other then Bill you might be dissatisfied. The other real estate agents that we dealt with (looking at other homes and the listing agent for the home we bought) seemed a little lackadaisical. We know that we had the best real estate agent in the area! Please call Bill Nelson at ReMax! He is the guy you want to protect you.

The results speak for themselves... We were able to sell our house at a profit and close within 90 days of listing. We were completely prepared for a long, painful selling process but that was not the case. Bill's marketing methods had to have made a difference. With Bill, you definitely feel like you have an advocate on your side. He is great at helping you through the process if you are not feeling too certain at any point. I would never use anybody else in a real estate transaction in Albuquerque or the surrounding area. He's the best!

Our experience with Bill was very good. He is certainly not a pushy person and showed us some properties that we wanted to take a look at. He was very professional too. It didn’t cost us anything since we didn’t buy anything. However, he is very good about staying within our price range. His responsiveness was very good and he got there exactly at the time specified. I would use his services in the future too.

Bill Nelson is a great real estate agent. He goes the extra yard to make sure everything works out. There are so many flaws that can go wrong in both selling and buying a house, so he is very good at making sure there are no suprises or loopholes. He is a nice guy and very personable-very caring about his clients. His price is included because the seller pays for the broker.
