Lost a key and wanted an extra. about 1/3 the price at the Ford dealership, took less than an hour, pleasant employees, will give them my custom again and hey, look, even writing a review. I like this place and these people.

Excellent prompt service! Contacted Bill's early morning. They sent a technician that afternoon. Eric rekeyed the new lock to match our others, and he spent a great deal of time adjusting the new lock so the door closed perfectly. Price seemed quite reasonable for the amount of time he spent

Phil rekeyed my house and he was timely and professional. Very friendly and gave lots of good advice on locks and maintenance! They do take credit cards but no tip option so have cash handy for that. Thank you!

Great! I went into Bill’s Lock and Key yesterday to pickout a new front door handle and lock and set up a time to have it installed. An employee, Kris, asked me if he could help me. I told him my outdoor handle was sticking and the door lock was very rough to turn. Kris showed me some handle/lock sets they could install, but said the handle/lock set on my door may just need a new spring or need to be lubricated. He set up a convient time on Friday for an employee to come out and look at my front door to see if a new handle/lock was necessary (taking measurements if necessary) or if spring replacement and/or lubrication was only needed. The Bill’s Lock and Key, employee, Eric, showed up today at the agreed upon time and looked and the door. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He looked and my door, took apart the handle and checked the lock. He said the it just needed to be lubricated and that everything else was fine. The whole visit took about twenty minutes. The employee, Eric, gave me the invoice for a fair and reasonable amount, I paid and he left. I will use Bill’s Lock and Key again, and let others know about their service.

Work went very well and quickly. The gates had just been repaired, they didn't close when I bought the house. One of them needed the opening on the equivalent of the strike plate slightly enlarged so the bolt would slide in. I expected to have to have the gate repair person back to do that but Bill's had the tool and did it there and then. Both locks were lubricated and are probably better than when new.
