I found Ben's jumpers online while planning a party for my two young boys. I looked at several companies, and discovered that Ben had the best price, and the best value for the money spent. He was a bit late, but set up very quickly, and was very quick to apologize. He even gave me a nice discount for any inconvenience. Once set up, he departed. I was informed after he pulled away that the balloon had to be moved. I promptly called him back and he immediately returned to move the balloon. He was very courteous and professional. I was very impressed with this company and will recommend him to others, and will defiantly call him back again in the future.
