Bonnie was reckless. She seemed hungover or on something. It was scary. I took my dog and left immediately. If you love your dog. Don't take it to Bonnie. You don't want to risk it and live with regret. Go somewhere else.

I have been using Bella's for years. They always remember my dog and know her personality and how to calm her down when I leave. Highly recommend using Bella's.

Provider chided me for being late which was true as they had moved, although the sign was still up at the old location. One of the two was nearly shaven although both were in the same condition, admittedly pretty dirty. They said the younger (10 years) had to be crated the entire time because of aggression, though this has never been a problem. She has been sick since coming home and acts as though she had a traumatic experience.

I made an appointment was told it would be 3 hours.....when I got there I was told it would be 5 hours for my dogs. My dogs did not want to go in. They then called to have me pick up one of my dogs after 3 and 1/2 hours because he was barking and upsetting the other dogs....never had this problem any where else. The other dog was not done so I was expected to make 2 trips there. Bottom line they scheduled other dogs during the time they were supposed to be grooming my dogs then had a problem because they kept them so long in a small area and cage. I would NEVER use this groomer again. Unprofessional and not set up to groom and take care of dogs, imo. Terrible experience. We won't be back

The groomer was extremely gentle, and my cat seemed totally unconcerned that she was loosing her lovely coat. The groomer trimmed her jowl hair and she looked fantastic and comfortable in the summer heat. The ladies at Bella are outstanding, and explained that cats have very sensitive skin and cannot be groomed the same as dogs. Wonderful!

I wash and groom my dogs regularly because they are Certified Therapy Dogs which must be bathed before each visit to a medical facility. I began using Bella Pet Wash last fall when it became too cold to wash my dogs outside. This business is locally owned and operated. It is spotless. I have used this service half a dozen times and have always had a clean tub. While I bring my own shampoo, brush and towels, they do include in their price a good quality shampoo, brushes, towels and a professional quality animal dryer.
