I asked him to come back to do repairs there was no return phone call.
Description of Work: Add a water leak up on the roof so at the roof repaired and belfour was brought in to do the water repaired damage on the interior of the home took me about 3 weeks to finish the damage and when they were done the kitchen floor was a lasting they did he did not complete the whole kitchen floor like they were supposed to they pieced it out and now the floor is not level as you can see in the pictures this is how they left my house. Black mold Was Involved Also had water damage under the Kitchen sink the whole kitchen floor needed to be replaced they only replaced a piece of it . Left the floor Unlevel Out of level 3/4 of an inch my kitchen floorWhich should have been replaced in the beginning . And this they failed to do!!!

They sucked. I had to coordinate the entire job. I kept having to call them to figure out whats going on and who was doing work next. I was not happy with the service. I felt like I was the one running the show instead of the company I hired.
Description of Work: They were in charge on my restoration for my kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

They couldn't start their work until the roof work was completed. One of the reasons it took a long time to happen is because a lot of other families here in this area were having the same kind of problems. So they had their docket full. They were here every time they said they were going to be. Even one came early today.
Description of Work: Belfor Property Restoration did a quote did a quote for me replacing insulation that was damaged by water. Replacing drywall and later on they are going to be doing painting and replacing of the floor.
