Replaced spring and hinge on garage door and repaired cracked garage door panels. Showed up on time, actually a little early. Explained clearly what needed to be done. Very friendly.

Tony came by on time (the dispatch called ahead and said he was running early, so I had him come right over). He check the opener (Sears Liftmaster), tightened hinges, adjusted tension on the chain, and cleaned out the track. Everything was done efficiently and quickly - in about 45 minutes. After he was finished, the garage door opened and closed smoothly, cleanly and quietly. I highly recommend BDC Door. He also gave me a $10 discount.

Arrived on time (actually a little early, which was great). Quickly identified the problem, let me know how much it would cost, and then got to work. Repair was completed within an hour. Excellent service and very professional.

Very good service, in addition to the tune-up I noted that the garage door was intermittently opening up after closing. The technician diagnosed that I needed a new safety beam sensor and I have not had a problem since.

Tony was great. He spent the time to clean and straighten the roller track as well as change out the rollers. He lubed every hinge and took the time to re adjust the door closer as well. great job!

Very well. The door was actually rubbing against the support beam, while it was going up and down. The repair man fixed this, as well as adjusting the spring and replacing the rollers. He also showed me that the sprocket was ground down. I am very happy with the way the garage door works now. I would certainly use them again.

Rollers were replaced, door was adjusted and lubricated. Tony was on time and it only took about 30 mins. I was charged for a broken part which only added another $5 to the total. Service satisfactorily completed.
