Most of the work the builder did was okay However, some of the details were ignored. Workers failed to remember to do certain things, such as turn down the heat when leaving for the weekend. Finish work was not exactly up to par--acceptable, just not what I was used to. Communication with the builder was frustrating--I would leave phone msgs and not get any response. That was the worse part of the entire thing. The builder was obviously working on other projects, and I felt mine was put on the back burner. The work took way longer than it should have, by about a month at least. The builder was pleasant to work with when we were talking. But in the in-between times, getting callbacks was frustrating.
