Gutters got installed, look nice. Water running back toward wall. Company came back and did their thing. Problem never got fixed. Now i have stained stucco due to incorrect gutter installation. I called them back and they said they should have installed a diverter. So why didn't they? Lazy?, inexperienced at the time? all I know is they stated out well and now I got damaged stucco.

Banker Building Products completed a reasonable estimate for us quickly and sent a professional crew to complete our gutter repair project. They matched the color of the new gutters and downspouts to our trim and stucco. They were even able to convert some of the canales on our flat roof to downspouts (they were shooting water straight into our air conditioning unit before the conversion.) We are very happy with this company and would definitely hire them again.

Two installers arrived on the day agreed and on time. They were very polite and professional answering any questions that I had. They finished the job in less than three hours and cleaned up. Upon leaving, they made sure to tell me that they would return if I had any problems. Three weeks later we had two or three days of heavy rain, a rarity in Rio Rancho. New gutters worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier with Banker's process from start to finish, including an unbeatable price.

Banker is doing new construction work in our subdivision, so I call them for an estimate to put gutters on our house.  We received a quote from Dana, we accepted it and then he scheduled an install date.  Jose and another gentleman showed up at 8:30 am, on schedule, and verified the work and color to be installed.  They installed the gutters and downspouts and were done at 10:40 am.  They were very professional, cleaned up everything, asked us to check the work and were on their way.  I highly recommend Banker Building Products and their work.

Banker Building Contractors gave me a choice of the colors of the gutter, he dropped that off first and allowed me to make my choice. Then, when I called to confirm my choice he called up and ordered it and scheduled the work. His price came in about $150 cheaper than the other estimates that I got. His people came out and put it in and did a very fine job and did it in only a couple of hours. They cleaned up all their mess and took out the old mess. They were able to use some of the existing concrete downspout, you know your downspout comes down and then you have this concrete pad thing, so, we reused that, he didn't insist that we buy all brand-new everything. I think he was very good and economical.
