Description of Work: My wife went to get her NM driver's license, since we just moved here. She took a Bank of the West statement as one of her proofs of residency, but she'd blacked out the account numbers. The motor vehicles department needed to see the accounts numbers, so she went across the street to a BOW branch to get another statement. They gouged her $5 just to print a stinkin' statement.

 + -1 moreThey have great customer service, they are super friendly, and they are always willing to help us with anything. The last time I was there it was really early and I had to get some things done really early and they let me do things through the drive through window when they normally aren't suppose to. They are very helpful to help you figure things out.
