I do not have cable/satellite TV, and use a rooftop antenna and converter box to watch TV. I had lost reception of two channels more than a month ago, and knew it was the antenna giving me problems (we had very high winds that toppled and damaged it). Trying to find someone to inspect it took forever--seems us old folks who are not on cable/satellite are not even on the radar screen of the companies who deal with TV problems, as they assume everyone is subscribing to a service.
Baillio's sent two installers, both of whom were great, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. (They called a half hour before they planned to arrive.) They took a photo of the antenna so I could see what was happening. I received a quote via email today as to the additional repair that will be needed.
I am very happy with the results and will follow up with the additional work as well. I am pleased that Baillio's also repairs antennas (they don't deal only with appliances and TVs).
