Baca & Sons Roofing

Johnny Baca is the owner, and his crew replaced a flat roof for us. They seem to know the roofing business really well. Price was good, quality was good once they got the initial leaks fixed. The roof has been through some really heavy rains and a heavy snow, and is holding up just fine.
Downside: They rarely showed up when they said they would, and it took a while to get the initial leaks and damage from the leaks fixed. Johnny can be hard to reach sometimes.

I had lost part of my roof due to multiple wind storms. My next door neighbor was using Baca & Sons because they were referred to him. They beat my lowest quote and were very eager to work with us to make sure we got what we wanted.  My only minor gripe is that they did not put my swamp cooler back correctly. One of the legs had rusted through, and they didn't say anything. I had to call them back to replace the legs and level the cooler. But any time I called them with a question or concern they addressed it immediately to my satisfaction.

I have two friends of mine that I gave to Mr. Baca's  name to as a referal and he treated them both very fairly.    If I give someone a lead, I don't go and supervise their work for them, I feel that they are professional.  Both of those people were very pleased with his work.  His punctuality, his knowledge of the business and industry, what they had to pay for it, and the cost factor which we all have to look at now.  They were pleased with him from the beginning to the end.  He did it on Saturday and Sundays.  He does commercial work during the week.
