Santino has provided exceptional customer service both times he has worked on our water heater. He did extra when he didn’t have to without waiting for us to ask. For example, he cleaned the filters on all our faucets to increase water pressure. And he did everything he could to make sure we complied with inspection with minimal changes. Wow! I was prepared to be disappointed and let down by a delayed response to my Saturday plumbing emergency, but the exact opposite occurred. My Saturday morning shower had turned into a cold and a rude awakening caused by a broken and seriously leaking water heater. Ouch, this was going to hurt in more ways than freezing water! But when I called B. Carlson, Kelly said 'We can probably fix that problem. Today!' On a Saturday, I said? For overtime pay? And Kelly said 'We'll get someone over today, for a free estimate' And they were at my door, in an hour... Better yet, the estimate was very fair. And then... they replaced the water heater that same day! Great service, a very fair price, and even better: a very sharp and skilled plumber. WOW! My new best friend: Santino, had us up and running the same day. He was great! Thanks, B.Carlson! You made my day. 5 star recommendation! Ed and Suzanne
