We called Mr. Mario on a Sunday afternoon, and he came over promptly.  He was able to find and repair the problem quickly, and for a very reasonable price.  This is, I think, the fourth time we have used Mr. Mario and it's been great every time! 

The owner of this company called the afternoon before the installation to make sure that our old furnace was working because they were concerned about the drop in temperature that night.

They were on time and on schedule with the project. These were professional and caring people and the owner of the company was there from start to finish. They followed up with us to make sure the system was working to our satisfaction (it definitely was). This is a family business and they treat their customers like family.

First, I was able to meet Mario at a job (on a Saturday) to pick up a replacement furnace filter hanger and he charged me a very small fee ($10). Then, when it did not work because the furnace was too old, he came to the house after he finished with the other furnace (at 6 pm on Saturday) to take a look at things. He determined that the furnace did not need the filter hanger, installed the proper replacement filter, showed me how to light the pilot light, AND tried to give me the $10 back for the filter hanger which I promptly declined. I will certainly call Axiom again for any future furnace issues.
