AXIOM left a leak in my AC lineset. They would not take responsibility for the repair. I left multiple messages on their phone for a week requesting warranty work and they never called me back. After persistence I finally got a hold of them and they refused to repair the leak, became rude and avoiding. In the beginning they were nice and friendly but now that they are done I feel they totally abandoned me. They would not listen to any of my problems and took on a totally hands off, "we're done with you" attitude. I do not recommend AXIOM. They are fake and have terrible back end customer support.

Excellent. All work completed in one day. They took care of everything and the system works great!

Ken performed a manual J to determine the tonnage needed and also lead the install team. The electrical sub contractor, Arnulfo, was awesome to deal with. Everyone was professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did top notch job. Do to our project requirements it was scheduled for 3 days, and easily completed in that time frame. If we decide to go with a split system in our sun room in the future I would defiantly use Axiom again. Its been 2 weeks now the system is running like a charm, quiet.

I feel it was an excellent job. They were cheaper than the other 3 estimates. They performed a manual J calculation which only one other company performed. They were on time for the installation. Cleaned up after themselves. It was an excellent job. The cooling is great. Have not used the heat as yet.

Mario the owner is extremely knowledgable and competent in his trade but the price was a little higher than we expected and the diligence quality was a little lower, I have high confidence in him and his crew but I could not go with his quote primarily on price alone.

Everyone was on time and very professional. They had a good product for what we could afford.The company followed up with a phone call to make sure all went well.

We bought a house and weren't moved in yet (from another city) when the AC died. Considering it was 25 years old we were expecting it! Not living in town yet I needed someone fast to give an estimate for replacement. I called on a Sunday and was able to schedule an estimate for the next day. I also called another company to give an estimate. After receiving both estimates for identical systems, Axiom had the better price and a better warranty and a quicker installation time. They were very flexible in sending someone to do the calculations to determine the correct system size when I could have someone meet them at the house at a specific time. On the day of installation they arrived on time with a crew, and were able to get everything installed and tested that same day. All the workers were very nice and explained what they were doing. The finished installation is very nice and they cleaned up after themselves very well. Afterwards they coordinated a time for the city inspections to fit with my schedule.

The sales person Mario, was on time for the initial bid. The cost of this job was at about the middle of all bids we received. After thinking about our options over the weekend, we chose to go with this company. Paperwork was efficient and dates for installation were set up quickly. Upon the start of the job, we first had a crew come in to do a very complete evaluation of the home. Then, when installation started, the work crews were polite, focused and kept everything clean. Each time someone was coming to our home, we received a call. All seemed to run like clockwork...even Mario came by the site. The city inspectors came by and all passed. One of the inspectors commented that everything looked clean and solid! We are content with the way this all worked out especially that it was completed within the two days they had said it would take.

They gave a very good price on a Trane system; a Trane furnace and a Trane air conditioner both were installed. They did what they said and did a good job. They put also an air filter, one of these high quality electronic air filters, that we have wanted.

Mario and his crew are great! Axiom replaced our 20 year old furnace, air conditioning unit and hot water heater. Had several higher price estimates and none of these other companies were going to perform a "Manual J", which is a comprehensive computer analysis of your house so that they install the correct size heating/cooling system. Axiom showed up on time, which is rare for most contractors in Albuquerque, and had the entire system installed in one day. First thing they did was to lay down tarps on any area of the floor where they would be walking, all the way from the front door to the utility closet. When finished, they left everything spotless. Marios site supervisor Ken was great to work with. I had some concerns(not with Axiom) that I spoke to Ken about during the installation and he addressed them all. Get estimates from the rest and go with the best-Axiom.

After an accertive pitch in home for refrigerated units we were told that a subcontractor would contact us for the restoration alternative. We never heard from anyone about anything after that visit.

We had many estimates from other contractors that came out, but Mario was the best in explaining what we needed and his price was the best of all the other ones we had talked to. We are pleased with both the air condition and furnace they installed. Everyone was on time and they went right to work and the guys that installed the units were really professional in there work.They cleaned up so good before they left you couldn't tell anyonewas here. The person at Axiom called to make sure we had heat as they wouldn't be out for a couple of weeks and we appreciated their concern.

It went as smoothly as possible. They went the extra mile in every way. They built a new stand for our furnace in order to correct air leaks that had existed since our house was first built (something that was not at all addressed when we had our furnace replaced three or four years ago). They upgraded our ductwork to the furnace AND the water heater (which was not even in the quote), and they fixed our ductwork to some vents in order to get the correct amount of air to every register in the house. They were professional as can be and went the extra mile in every way.

The results were a professional installation. I had many contractors come to my home for a quote to replace my existing furnace. No one had been as thorough as Mr Mario Loprinzi from Axiom. He covered all aspects and different scenarios of installing various types of heating and cooling systems. He matched the equipment to the required demands for heating and cooling to my residence. The crew was on time for every day of the installation and were very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the company's performance and would recommend Axiom to anyone who is requiring the type services Axiom provides.

Mario's was the third estimate that we received. He did a great job explaining what our options were. His prices were definitely the best for the top of the line units that we ended up ordering. Axiom had an engineer come out and determine what load we needed for the AC and furnace. The installers arrived promptly and worked hard. the HVAC system was done on Friday an the Rinnai was installed on Saturday. Everything was neatly done and the garage was clean when they were done. We've also received a follow-up call from Axiom. Mario honored a coupon that we had found in a local magazine as well as our Angie's List discount.

They were very fast and prompt. They were very helpful.

Mario is the ultimate professional. He was detained at an early job, but called to let us know. He has done work for us before and we trust him completely.

Axion's bid was in the top 25%. However they were the only to do no actual air flow survey and install the ac unit on the row.

Wanted to write a review because Mario was very professional, on time, and knowledgeable. His company had been recommended by a neighbor. The main reason we didn't use him was price.

Mard was a blessing to work from start to finish. He installed confidence and pride in his work. After many estimates, We choose auxin and glad we did. Honest and reasonable is hard to find.

I received a courtesy phone call letting me know the approximate time of arrival. I was introduced to each of the workers as they arrived. I was asked questions when it was appropriate. I chatted with the workers and got all my questions answered. I even got an education as to how the AC actually works and why certain things were being done. They were done, cleaned up and on their way within 8 hrs. The owner of the company came by before the workers left to look at the job. I am very appreciative of the respect I was given, and the fact that they did not make me feel like I was a stupid woman asking stupid questions and getting in their way! I would definately use this company again and highly recommend them to any one.

We called Mr. Mario on a Sunday afternoon, and he came over promptly. He was able to find and repair the problem quickly, and for a very reasonable price. This is, I think, the fourth time we have used Mr. Mario and it's been great every time!

The owner of this company called the afternoon before the installation to make sure that our old furnace was working because they were concerned about the drop in temperature that night. They were on time and on schedule with the project. These were professional and caring people and the owner of the company was there from start to finish. They followed up with us to make sure the system was working to our satisfaction (it definitely was). This is a family business and they treat their customers like family.

First, I was able to meet Mario at a job (on a Saturday) to pick up a replacement furnace filter hanger and he charged me a very small fee ($10). Then, when it did not work because the furnace was too old, he came to the house after he finished with the other furnace (at 6 pm on Saturday) to take a look at things. He determined that the furnace did not need the filter hanger, installed the proper replacement filter, showed me how to light the pilot light, AND tried to give me the $10 back for the filter hanger which I promptly declined. I will certainly call Axiom again for any future furnace issues.
