Over all it was a great experience. Larry was efficient and finished the job in no time.

Scheduled appointment time was kept very promptly and serviceman was friendly and professional.

They did a great job and worked about issues as they came up. I would recommend them to everyone. They came on time. They had looked up and found the tank with no issues. They had to call out another truck because of my elevation and did not charge me extra. They did the work in a timely manner.

I noticed some dampness around the septic lids, so I called Atlas to pump the tank and assess the situation. The technician determined that the filter was clogged and needed to be cleaned. He cleaned it for us and put it back in place, giving us some tips on maintaining the filter in good working order. They then pumped the tank. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. We highly recommend.

Atlas was able to come promptly even though this was not an emergency. We weren't sure where the tank was actually located, and the driver had to do significant digging by hand to locate the front and back of the tank so it could be pumped and the filter inspected. The driver was very professional and knowledgeable.

Larry arrived on time and easily found the septic tank cover , placed over 100ft of hose and pumped the system in 15 minutes. He cleaned up gave me some tips and left. Super job.

I have done business with them for several years now. They seem to be responsive and reasonably priced. In term of price, it is comfortable. I am sure I will use their services again in the future.

Arrived 15 minutes prior to start of appt time! Employee was polite and knowledgeable. When I told him about the challenge of digging through 12 inches of NM clay to get to the lid he suggested an additional riser that would put the lid at nearly grass level. The price seemed very reasonable and I agreed to the additional work. A different crew came out later in the day and did the work quickly and neatly. Just an excellant experience.

I was extremely pleased with the service from everyone that I dealt with at Atlas, and will use them again.

We didn't pay for the inspection because the owners of the house from whom we were buying paid for it. They seemed pretty thorough and the person who came did a pretty good job of explaining the septic system to me. We have never had a septic system before. We only interacted with them once and the guy who came out seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

I had called in the morning for quote and possible appointment. I was told they could have someone out that day at 1pm. I had several errands and rushed to make it back home by 1pm. I called at 1:20pm and was assured he was on his way. 10 minutes later, Larry called. He was a bit confused with the directions...........My frustration was that I had given very specific directions - many people have made the wrong turn! A call at 1pm to advise he was running a bit behind would have been appreciated. Other than the small timing challenge, we would use them again and Larry was so very knowledgeable about septic tanks and their upkeep. He was very quick from start to finish as well!

They seem to be a very good company and we have used them several times. We only called them because we have been happy with their services so I don't know how comparable their fees are. It is almost worth it being with someone that you like.

Larry was very professional, and was happy to allow me to watch (just to learn more about the system, and to personally see what was 'down there.'). The entire process took less than an hour for our 1250 gal. system, and was very informational. I learned about the tank, how the system operates, and the dangers of not keeping it inspected and cleaned. We were also told that our system was in excellent shape, maybe because of regular 'preventative maintenance.' We also ordered CCLS for the system, and Larry instructed me in its use. Overall, a great experience, and we will always use Atlas for their professionalism and great service. There may be cheaper services, but this is one area where we don't want to cheap-out.

They arrived on time, helped locate system and continue until I was satisfied. They told me about potential problems down the road, which I appreciated. I'm waiting for an estimate for further work.

We had set up a window between the hours of 10AM-1PM,so that I could be here when the serviceman arrived. He arrived at 2:30PM. It was luck that my wife had left work early that day and she was home. She stated the gentleman was very,very courteous and performed his job in a professional manner. He completed the job in about 30 min.

We knew our septic system was failing. Atlas sent out an expert to evaluate our septic system, along with a truck that could snake the line between the tank and the leach field if necessary/possible. Andy evaluated the system and explained to me in detail what he thought had happened to the system based on what it was doing after they pumped the tank (the system is old and he thought biomass had filled the leach field). He also responded professionally and patiently to my questions about possible options to fix the system (found on the internet) instead of installing a new leach field. I feel like I understand what's necessary to understand now. He looked at the property for possible places for a new leach field and recommended a company to install a new one. I am VERY satisfied with the service I received.

They are prompt, educative and very friendly. They tell us how to keep the septic system correct. Their price is not too high. They are very professional and they come when they say they are going to come.

I called Thursday afternoon. The truck, with Larry, showed up on Friday as promised. He actually arrived about 10 minutes before my 1-3 pm time frame. Larry pumped the tank and gave me pointers about keeping septic tanks serviceable. It took about 40 minutes, including time to open the tank and do the final paperwork. Larry was very polite and seemed to know what he was doing. I've used Atlas before and I've been very satisfied both times.

They arrived within the prescribed time frame, went to work immediately and did everything as promised. The job was done in under 30 minutes! I was told no problems were found, all levels were normal and our leach/drainfield is in great shape. The two male employees, AJ and Larry, were very courteous, conscientious about our property and its landscaping and helped answer some general questions I had.

Contacted company on Monday, they came out on Wednesday. Company called when they were on the way to the house. Appointment was for between 11:00 and 1:00, they called and arrived by 10:30. Both employees introduced themselves, i showed them where the spetice tank was, they drained it, gave it a visual inspection, and then capped it. I paid by check, entire operation was completed in less than 30 minutes. they asked if I wanted to be placed on the their reminder list, and offered to sell me a septic tank cleaner. I agreeed to the former and declined the latter.

Very well. Arrive on time. Explained what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. Very thorough.
