The person who answers the phone has no idea if you have an appointment. There's no company responsibility for their workers. Anthony didn't show up on Friday, three hours after his appointment. I called ASAP and they said he was sick and should have called me to reschedule. Several days later he called to reschedule, showed up 2 hours late to that appointment. We talked about what needed to be done and he suggested that one of the underground leaks might be under the driveway. We decided if it was he would cap off that line, rather than try and re-run it under the driveway. I had to go out and when I returned there was a bill, but the underground leak was still leaking, neither fixed, nor capped. ASAP told me they had fired Anthony, sent someone out to fix it and they asked me to pay the bill on the spot, as if I were likely to skip on the bill.
