I've had to take off of work FOUR times because my windshield was not installed properly and it is still rattling. I called the last time, asking for a refund of some sort given the multiple visits and still having trouble and was told "Unless you want to drive around without a windshield, we do not give refunds." I asked if they could come out using their mobile service since I couldn't take off of work anymore and was told no. I was told the lady would speak to her manager and have still not heard back. I've never received an apology. Just a horrible experience. I was speaking with a colleague who said she had had a similar experience with her windshield. When she asked where I had taken it, it was the exact same place!
