They provided data in writing making it easy to compare. Did not choose this company. Went with New Castle Mortgage because their fees & APR were cheaper.

AR Mortgage is very professional and very helpful. We've worked with Annabelle for years and have found her to be fair, helpful, professional and to bend over backwards to get the job done. She is flexible regarding when she can meet with us, and she explains things clearly and professionally. I would highly recommend AR Mortgage to anyone seeking a new mortgage or a refinance.

We closed in just over a month. Annabelle is the most gracious, thoughtful person I've ever encountered. She is extremely thorough and passionate in helping individuals like my wife and I, who were trying to refinance at a lower fixed rate. We went from 4.5% fixed to 3.5%.
