 + -1 moreWe closed in just over a month. Annabelle is the most gracious, thoughtful person I've ever encountered. She is extremely thorough and passionate in helping individuals like my wife and I, who were trying to refinance at a lower fixed rate. We went from 4.5% fixed to 3.5%.
Description of Work: Within two days of speaking to Annabelle Romero via telephone on July 3, 2012, we met at her office two days later. Within 45 minutes, Annabelle retrieved all necessary documentation she needed from various agencies, including contacting all 3 credit bureaus and obtaining my credit worthiness.
