The technician asked me how the buttons on my refrigerator worked because he wasn't familiar with it! Please move on to another company, this one is the worst.
"I will start off with the suppose 3 months that the customer has been waiting for the refrigerator repair yes back in February this customer did call to set up an appointment we had a technician come out to there home we had to order parts which we did 2 days after ordering parts they called us and cancelled so I dont understand how they would of been waiting on us for three month. On the service order even tho she signed an agreement in which it states that if you cancel we are suppose to collect a service fee of 89.00 and a fee of 25.00 restocking fee plus tax the customer was not charged a dime of that when she cancelled. So we cancelled the service order and returned the parts. On May 11 2015 she called again to set up an appointment again it was for the same refrigerator a tech came out to her home and again it was for the same reason she had called us in february 2015 but had cancelled, so again she agrreed again to the service order by signing it tech explained about the fees and she said to the tech " thanks for not charging me last time i cancelled" so we proceeded with ordering parts. Part came in we had a tech come out to complete repair, once the technician had put the new parts we found out a part was bad out of box so tech spoke to customer explained what needed to be done we sent back bad part but this time the part was on back order and made custmer aware of that on june 09 2015 custumer called in wanting to know when we were going to complete her repair we explained again part was on back order customer stated she did not want to here that she wanted something done or she wanted her deposit of 280 refunded we explained to her that if she wanted to cancel we could do that but their would be some fees that were coming out of her deposit and customer went off she stated that we never ordered nothing that if we did not refund her deposit in full she was going to get on he internet and put bad reviews which weve seen even tho we did refund her the complete deposit. We beleive we did no wrong doing we tryed our best to get this repair done in a timemly manner it was close to 3 weeks what they had been waiting not 3 months sometimes there are thing that are completely out of your control in this case getting that part here was one of those things as far as the part of us being disrespectul or name calling completely untrue."
