The stove worked for maybe a day or 2 we have been calling them every week to come out and fix it! And every time they “fix” the problem some how it gets worse!! At first the stove worked fine but sometime throughout the week the oven completely stopped working! We called them and they agreed to come have a look at the oven and some how the oven is still broken and the stove is now not working as well!!

Recently they installed a refrigerator for me and it leaked within a few hours. I have been fighting them for two weeks to come fix massive water damage to my wall that they agree they caused and they have been totally unresponsive and outright lied to me. I have filed complaints with BBB and am having to take them to small claims court. They also installed a dishwasher a year ago and installed it wrong and I had to get a plumber out. Do yourself a favor and do not use them for installation. EVER.

I cant imagine a better appliance transaction - even if this one had wrinkles I'd rather it hadnt. Tony Aguirre at Appliance Liquidators is awesome. I recommend you ONLY go to him at Appliance Liquidators.
The Seller for my new home was replacing all the kitchen appliances but they were low to medium grade. I wanted different. It just took a call to cancel the original order, which was scheduled for delivery the next day, so I could go in and pick out alternate appliances. Going in to meet Tony went fine. He is super knowledgeable about all brands and features. A week later I realized I had ordered a counter depth refrigerator that wasnt going to work given the adjacent wall. No problem. I did some online research and Tony swapped refrigerator orders for me. I wanted an induction oven and was willing to wait wait months for KitchenAid to release the new one with double convection ovens. After waiting 4 months, KitchenAid finally admitted they couldnt get UL approval for this fancy new range. Tony quickly helped me locate an alternative. I went in and saw some of the features on an Electrolux gas range they had in stock and Tony got that one for me in record time.
When the delivery employees have been working for a company for 8-9 years that says worlds about the company. Delivery was as good as Tony's service, including leveling the range, setting the clock on the range and my microwave, and wiping off all fingerprints.
If I had gone to a big box or any other appliance store, I would have had appliance h***. I had a great experience, despite these wrinkles, with Appliance Liquidators.

I purchased this fridge from them, and although I have had some ongoing problems, they have always been positive and quick to have someone come and repair it.

We chose a Whirlpool washer, which cost the same as the GE, and the manager did not charge us any more to pick up the bad one and replace it with this new one. I think that the manager made a good call and I appreciate him for not charging us for another delivery fee.

Had problems with the ice maker which they had to come out twice to get right and had to wait for their service department scheduling time and the time it took to order new parts. But I have used them before and for the most part offer good prices and good service.

I went to another appliance store and they were more expensive and seemed to have dish washers with features that increase the price but that I really don't want or need. Appliance Liquidators had a dishwaher that was a great price and didn't have the expensive features that I don't need. The delivery guys were wonderful. They showed me how to operate it and they were very nice about it. The only issue I had was that you don't know the approximate time that the appliance will be delivered so you have to spend the whole day waiting. You can request morning or afternoon but I was told that it is not guaranteed. I was told that they call you 1/2 hour before they arrive but that really doesn't give you much time. Fortunately they have Saturday deliveries.

They are helpful, not pushy, and about as affordable as it gets. I walked in both times, told them what I wanted and my requirements for each appliance, along with how much I wanted to spend, and they showed me the best they had in my price range. They delivered and hauled off the old appliances and were polite and prompt.

The salesman was very good and we arranged for delivery and installation of a dishwasher and cooktop. At the time we asked if it could be in the morning and was told by the person making the scheduling that it would be possible. The day of delivery we were told it would be between 11-1pm which was fine. So my husband waited and by 2pm they hadn't showed up or called. My husband called the delivery person at 2pm and was told that they were going to lunch and there was another delivery before him. The delivery person wasn't sure they were even going to deliver it that day. My husband called the store manager and was told that the two hour window is just an estimate and the delivery people will 'get there when they get there'. He was very rude and didn't seem to care about customer service. We cancelled the order and went to Best Buy and got great service and paid about the same price.

I called Appliance Liquidators to get a price range for new washers and dryers. I spoke to Matthew, who was friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. i went straight down to their showroom to see what was available. i was looking for a used or discontinued model (under $1000 for the pair), but as I was talking with Matthew, he told me and showed me the differences between an EnergyStar rated product and those not so energy efficient. He also mentioned that the higher priced Frigidaire Affinity pair had a "sanitize" feature....his dogs sleep on his bed, and he likes to be able to really clean sheets and comforters. He also showed me the
"steam refresh" feature on the dryer. I ended up buying the Frigidaire Affinity pair, because Matthew spent the time to find out what I really needed. He also explained about the rebate that I would receive from Frigidaire, and the credit I would receive from the Albuquerque Water Department, providing me with the forms that I would need. Matthew also showed me the wisdom in having his company install the appliances.
The only negative is that I requested a morning installation, and was told that the installers would be at my home between 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon. When I called at 11:30 AM, the woman who answered said that they never guarantee a time, and argued with me about what I had been told. The installers arrived about 3:00 PM, and were just great. Everything was complete within 30 minutes, and all packing materials removed.
I would definitely go to Appliance Liquidators again.

The price also includes the delivery and the installation. It is a best place to go especially if one cannot afford to pay. It is a second item I bought from them. They said they would deliver it us that afternoon. I went for shopping and got home. They made it on time to deliver the first item. They are very prompt. They are very much on time. They are very well dressed. They are very polite. They are instructed very well.

We searched every appliance provider in Albuquerque for this particular model refrigerator. Appliance Liquidators had the best price. They had the best price for delivery and hook up of all the companies in ABQ ($25 and 10). This was a surprise since several of their competitors said they had the best price and would match Appliance Liquidators, but their delivery and hook up charge was way more costly.
