After my phone was stolen I had to go to the apple store for a replacement. The service was swift and efficient. They set up my new phone quickly. It made a painful process a little less painful.

This store is great. The staff is very attentive and professional. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond much of the time. We highly recommend this Apple Store! Since it's the only one in NM, we are lucky to have such caring personnel in this store!

professional knowledege, good selection of choices. now using a greeter at the entrance to direct staff to you - store is always busy so service is sometimes slow, but they have great staff, knowlegeable and friendly

The staff is well trained, skilled and solve all my problems. I like the personalized attention they give to the customers. They always help me or give me appointments for me to come in for service.

I bought the laptop in 2007; they last forever. I had submitted my order online and I went in to pick it up. I've been a MAC person since 1984. The quality of the product is excellent but the people are whatever. They are pretty pompous. I still have computers that I got from them in 1986 and 1991 and they still work. I would probably go to a third party in the future.
