Any Time Roofing

Victor Lovato responded to first call in October right away and gave an estimate. He completed work on dates in contract. He said leaks had been repaired and I should have no other problems with the area. I talked with Victor about a yearly maintenance to prevent new leaks like ones that he had repaired and he agreed to take care of yearly maintenance. Next heavy rainfall occured 25 June 09. The morning of the 26th I found the same leaks were present in the garage. I called Victor to let him know about the leaks. He said, " I guess I did not get it fixed. I will not be able to come today, but I will be there first thing in the morning (27 June)". Later in the afternoon, about 3:00, there was a terrible thunder storm. Water started pouring in from the ceiling and I moved everything I could to middle of garage. I placed 3 ice chest and 2 buckets around to catch water. Unplugged freezer (could not move) placing one of the ice chest on top to protect the area. I placed a second call to Victor Lovato and asked could he come do something to minimize the leakage until repairs could be done the next day. Weather forecast was thunder storms through the night. Victor's first reply was that he could not get here until later in the evening but then said "No, I will leave here now and be there shortly". Victor Lovato did not come or call. Morning of the 27th I was expecting him early. He had not arrived by 10:30 and I called to ask if he was still planning to do the repairs on roof? Victor said he was leaving in a little while and he arrived about noon. He checked the leaks in garage and agreed the leaks were same as leaks he repaired 8 months earlier. He did repairs on 1 valley. Victor said this should take care of the leak. " I will be here between 10:00 and 10:30 in the morning (28 June) to hose down the roof to make sure the leak is fixed", he said. I thanked him and told him I would appreciate knowing the roof would not leak and that this problem was over. I certainly expected him to come the next morning. Morning of the 28th he had not arrived by 11:30. I placed another call to ask If he was stilling planning to come spray the roof and check out the repairs. He did not answer the phone. I continued to call multiple times through out the day, left messages each time, no responses. THE ROOF was STILL LEAKING. I had to call another roofer to do repairs. To date, 17 July 09, I have yet to hear from Victor Lovato. He did not fix leaks nor honor his ONE YEAR WARRANTY !
