ANY PHASE CONSTRUCTION

He vacuumed out the cooler, checked the pads, removed the damper from inside the attic, checked the water line to make sure there were no leaks, greased the barrings, checked the motor and the pump to make sure everything was in working order.  He also folded up my cooler cover very compact and neat and put in the garage.  When he was finished he told me the current status as well as what would probably need to be done next season.  He cleaned up after himself, closing up the ladder to the attic, closing my garage door and even picked up my dumpster that blew over the night before in the high wind.   More often than not, workers have left leaving all of things down and open without telling me and leaving them to discover on my own later.
