Ant Mary's Pest Control

Mary is professional and punctual. I love that she is dog friendly too. Quality service at the best price in town and on top of that no contract.

She was about 40 minutes late, although she did call about 20 minutes after we expected her. She was very friendly, zipped through outside and indoors quickly, asking me where we wanted her to spray, not spraying every room; she sprayed corners of rooms only. She stated that she only guarantees the process for 30 days, so we should consider treatment every month, at a slightly lower fee (ten dollars difference). She offered no discounts for seniors, stating that her prices are so low that she doesn't discount. We found her price to be exactly the same as the company we have ultimately selected for regular treatment. We had scout ants in the house in two rooms within two weeks, called and she was immediately responsive, but would only put gel in one of the rooms. She again stated that we needed to be sprayed monthly, although she wasn't high pressure about it, and said it's up to us. Within three weeks of initial spraying, we were back where we began, with living creatures. We never did have less spiders in the house. She said it's because they have long legs and their bodies don't come in contact with poison. At any rate, when we contacted and received treatment from another company, for the SAME price, they recommended treatment three times per year, with coverage in between, if problems, at no charge. They spend almost two hours at our home and were very thorough. 

I really liked Mary and appreciate her enterprise and the fact that, as a woman, she has her own business and is her only employee. I was disappointed that the service wasn't better, so that we could continue to use her. We are senior citizens on a fixed income, and can't afford service every month, nor should it be necessary in this climate.

She was very professional and listened to what we wanted. There was no pressure for a contract, additional visits, etc.  We will definitely use her again when needed.

The service was nice, and I really liked Mary, but I still have lots of spiders after she treated the house. Everything was fine, but I still have problems with spiders. When the winter came, they went away, but the treatment didn't really completely eradicate the spiders.

Very well. Mary recently started her own business after working for a national provider of pest control services. She continues to provide world-case service at about 60% of the cost that the national provider charged for monthly applications.

She was flexible and it was easy to schedule an appointment. I found her professionalism and knowledge very helpful. I would use her services again in the future.
