Willetta did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. She spent over four hours at the house, thoroughly cleaning it. We were entirely satisfied with her work. My husband and I remarked for a long time afterward what a wonderful job that Willetta did and how clean the house was. Willetta is a total professional and has been doing this work for a long time and does a fantastic job.

Amazing job. I asked her to help me with a few extra jobs like putting up a Christmas tree and moving furniture. She accommodates every request. She is bright, full of energy, and a joy. My house has never been so clean. You can eat off the floors and the walls. I keep walking through the house and admiring the perfection of her work. Love this company and love her. Worth every penny spent.

"Unfortunately this is the BIG PROBLEM at Angieslist.com ..... I never worked for this person!!! I do not clean carpets!!! This is the THIRD TIME, someone has posted on my page, that I DID NOT WORK FOR! Angieslist.com doesn't allow ME to remove them, regarless if posting is a "good grade" or not!!! Thanks for reading, and WATCH out for this, as there's NO way of really knowing about ANY company on Angieslist.com, because people are postinfg remarks on the WRONG BUSINESS PAGE!!!!"

The owner and her employee always do a thorough job. They arrive at the time they schedule, and are efficient, fast workers. They have cleaned some areas that I never thought to clean myself. Often they do special jobs that aren't part of their routine, like cleaning the inside of the refrigerator. They are always friendly and pleasant.

It was mediocre at best. They lacked a little professionalism. My wife had to continually point out things that she wanted done. They were not as thorough as she was led to believe.

"After reviewing my information, I have come to the conclusion that I have NEVER worked for this person, as this person is not in my schedule book. The dates do not coincide with anyone in my schedule book, and ALL my jobs are in my book! I thought I had remembered the name, and made comment earlier, I rememberered the name of (member name removed), as many years ago did have a client with the last name of (member name removed), but that customer was satisfied with my work, and we ended on good terms. I hate to suspect Angie's list of posting on people's accounts, but that is what I think is happening, since they have called several times offereing advertising which I have declined."

I scheduled with Wiletta a few weeks out. She couldn't get to me in the week I wanted, so I scheduled for the following week, even though my houseguests would have already come and gone. I have used her several years ago on a monthly basis, and knew she does a great job. She always sees things that I don't notice in my regular cleaning, and the small things make a huge difference. Unfortunately, a week before the scheduled cleaning, work required me to leave town on the scheduled day. I prefered to be there to tell her things I wanted to get done. When I tried to reschedule, Willetta assertively asked that I keep the appointment, that she had made space especially for me and she wouldn't be able to reschedule in the time remaining. That may be fair, but I felt pressured. I did keep the originally scheduled time, and she did a fantastic job. Everything looked and smelled clean. She emptied the garbage bins, etc. the house was spotless. She left me a note detailing what had been done. I have the utmost trust and respect for the job that she did.
If I was in the market for a regular housecleaner, I would use her without a doubt. However, as my schedule is so uncertain, I don't know if I will call again.

Willetta is very honest and punctual. She always contacts us on the rare occasion she needs to change the schedule. She provides a good basic cleaning. She works with a partner and we can always tell she's been here. I would prefer furniture to be moved and cleaned under and woodwork to be cleaned, however she does a good basic job. Willetta also cleans inside our refrigerator which is a big plus. She may cost a little more than some services but can be relied upon to provide a good basic cleaning on a reliable basis. Honesty is very important to me. I've had friends who have had cleaners who they believe have stolen items from them. That has never been a concern with Willetta.

They (the owner and an assistant) do not rush thru the cleaning and will spend 2-3 hrs working on my small (1500 s/f home). I have 3 dogs and some other types of pets so I have lots of fur so because of this I have throws on the couch and love seat which if its dirty they wash it. One of the other pets leaves shredded cardboard/seeds/newpaper all around the cage and they have yet to complain about the mess that plugs up the vacum hose. Some cleanings they change it up and this last time cleaned the shelves in my fridge. I have used one of the national chains before and have them break items and then put it away as if it did not happen. I do supply the cleaning items per their request but my house smells like how I want it to smell with my own organic cleaning products. This way they are not bring in dirt and germs from another persons' house. I do recommend them as the price is good and the service they provide is well done so far.

Went well, was running late and called to say so, our cat and dog like Willetta and she them. Great attitude, worked 6+ hours straight with no lunch break.
