I hired Amy Tanler after interviewing several Realtors. She said all the right things and I thought she would be a good match to sell my 600K property. In 90 days, she spent less than one hundred dollars to market a $600k property. She did conduct open houses when she was not out of town at dog shows. She did not do a good job of following up on leads and although I requested that she hold a realtor open house, she never complied with this request. She is very nice but nice is no substitute for being able to sell a high end house in Albuquerque. I was quite frustrated and when I tried to meet with my Amy Tanler to discuss this dissatisfaction, she acted like I was in the wrong for expecting more from her. I would not recommend as a realtor and would not ever rehire.
